Madhu Babu Amarappalli, 2025. "Creativity Meets AI Semiotic Approaches to AI-Driven Marketing Strategies: Emotional Resonance in AI-Powered Marketing", ESP Journal of Engineering & Technology Advancements 5(4): 168-179.
The fusion of creativity, artificial intelligence (AI), and semiotics is transforming the landscape of modern marketing. This chapter explores how AI-driven marketing strategies can be enhanced through semiotic approaches, ensuring that AI-generated content remains not only efficient but also culturally relevant and symbolically meaningful. This chapter outlines how AI tools ranging from content generation to personalized advertising enhance creativity in marketing, while semiotics provides the necessary cultural framework to ensure that creative content reflects consumer values and narratives. We delve into practical applications, such as personalized storytelling, dynamic advertising, and experiential marketing, demonstrating how AI and semiotics work together to create innovative and emotionally impactful campaigns. Through case studies of leading brands, we show how AI and semiotics drive personalization and brand identity.
